I had one friend last year that I had challenged to do this and later he came up to me and said "Guess what, I did the one day without shoes thing and got a huge cut on my foot...it was awesome!"
Another friend talked to her school board so that she could go one day without shoes at school!
If you decide to do this and find that your feet hurt really bad, think about all those people that go with shoes EVERYDAY!
